Each phase of the moon corresponds with different magickal influences. Here is a simple break down of what energies are most easily harnessed within each phase (later on I'll give examples for more in-depth rituals that can be performed during the Full and New Moon).
The New or Crescent Moon - Beginnings - A wonderful time to start a project or put forth desired manifestations. The First Quarter Moon - Action - Take practical action steps, continue moving forward with your plans and projects. The Gibbous Moon – Movement - You may begin seeing results, but not quite the end result. The Full Moon – Harvest - Time to reap the rewards of your hard work, a great time to work on releasing unwanted energies and projects. The Disseminating Moon – Thinking - Energies and thoughts begin to turn inward as the moon begins to wane, allowing you to consider the lessons learned and experience gained from your hard work. The Third (Last) Quarter Moon – Release - After thinking about what did and didn't work with your projects and goals, this phase helps you let go so you can refocus on what worked and what direction you want to go. The Balsamic Moon - Peace - This is a time to release, surrender, relax and recuperate. Rest up during this phase and allow new thoughts and ideas to manifest to be put forth on the approaching New Moon.

if we have deeply rooted psychological patterns we cannot expect ourselves to immediately rewire them, for pushing ourselves past our current limits will ultimately hinder our growth rather than support it. to fully nurture all aspects of the self while simultaneously accepting the current limitations is the most compassionate approach to our healing process 〰 rather than kicking our shadow side when we're feeling stuck with metaphorical "love and light transcendental mumbo jumbo", we grow & evolve much more from allowing whatever emotional state we encounter to surface mindfully when we are truly ready (which is often before our ego actually feels prepared, btw) I have found it quite counterproductive to become increasingly upset by continually rejecting, denying and suppressing the aspects that we have been taught and conditioned to avoid. we also benefit greatly by remembering that in order to allow such a process to unfold, it takes immense inner strength and resilience; so if you have chosen a life with difficult lessons and paths then rest assured that you do innately have the ability to integrate these experiences with both gentle kindness and unconditional love ~ you just have to tenderly quiet the ego, to create space for the soul to share what it has always known 💭✨🙏💜
"Let thy food be thy medicine and thy medicine be thy food" ~ Hippocrates here's a delicious recipe for an extremely anahata healing dish filled with vital life force and healthy energy;
first whip up some sunflower parmesan: 1/4 cup sunflower seeds 2-3 tbs nutritional yeast 1 ts garlic powder salt to taste add everything to blender and mix, set aside then for the pesto: 1 bunch garlic scapes 1 handful basil 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil 2 tbs lemon juice 1-2 tbs sunflower parm (or more, so yum!) salt + pepper to taste combine everything in blender til desired consistency, warm and enjoy! ☽ The dream is the small hidden door in the deepest and most intimate sanctum of the soul, which opens into that primeval cosmic night that was soul long before there was a conscious ego and will be soul far beyond what a conscious ego could ever reach. ~ Carl Jung ☾
I find decoding your dreams is similar to decoding your Astrological chart; there's always more to discover & learn! The deeper you dive into your dreams & psyche, the more information you pull up from your subconscious and therefore the better understanding you gain of your inner world; I highly suggest looking up dream symbolism or simply meditating on certain aspects of your dreams ~ your Highest Self is better able to deliver guidance in still, silent moments. 👁🔮💫💜 And welcome to my small space within the vast realm of the interwebs!
I hope you find the information and inner mind musings that I share useful in some way, and I wish you a beautiful, endlessly evolving experience on this earthly sojourn in all ways, always. With so much love, Nicole |
