"Let thy food be thy medicine and thy medicine be thy food" ~ Hippocrates here's a delicious recipe for an extremely anahata healing dish filled with vital life force and healthy energy;
first whip up some sunflower parmesan: 1/4 cup sunflower seeds 2-3 tbs nutritional yeast 1 ts garlic powder salt to taste add everything to blender and mix, set aside then for the pesto: 1 bunch garlic scapes 1 handful basil 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil 2 tbs lemon juice 1-2 tbs sunflower parm (or more, so yum!) salt + pepper to taste combine everything in blender til desired consistency, warm and enjoy!
