Cultivating the habit of gratitude and love is a (constant) practice I've been working on for many, many years. Due to experiencing severe depression and anxiety it became incredibly necessary to begin shifting my awareness to a state of appreciation by seeking out and noticing the small, synchronistic miracles - first occasionally, then a bit more often, and now daily. This amazingly magickal being within my womb has been my greatest lesson in surrender and trust, and by choosing love every time I could easily choose another emotion (be it fear, anxiety, worry etc), I shift the meaning of all experiences from that of a victim mentality to a victorious state ~ allowing myself to truly believe that my body is capable of healing dis-ease and growing this Starseed, despite many illnesses and losing a tiny babe in the past. We can each take steps (however big or small) to mindfully give thanks for all of our lessons, traumas, tests and triumphs, which therefore raises our vibrational frequency and gives us a greater chance at shifting our perspective more easily each time a new obstacle arises (the school of life is indeed never-ending, which is why it's of utmost importance to go slow, have patience and fully feel all the feels so you can truly understand + transmute them). Consciously choosing love allows me to alchemize my past and current experiences from lead [fear based living] to gold {love based living} and while the process is never easy, it is undoubtedly worth the magic that inevitably begins to unfold.
